Delete Your Account
Sad to see you go! If you'd like to delete your account and all your data, here's how.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Shellel app and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision — I'll handle the rest.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, I permanently remove:
- Your profile and personal information
- Dietary preferences and health goals
- Complete meal history and nutrition logs
- All AI-generated plans and recommendations
Timeline
Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
Google Account Access
After deleting your Shellel account, you may also want to revoke Shellel's access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions.
