How do I log a meal?

Open the app and type what you ate — "2 roti, dal fry, curd." Shellel understands Indian food naturally. No barcode needed. You can also use voice input.

How do I track water?

Tap the water section on your home screen. Each tap logs 250ml. You'll see your daily total update in real time.

My calories seem wrong

Shellel estimates based on typical Indian home-cooked portions. If your portions are different, you can adjust the serving size (Small / Medium / Large) on the meal analysis screen before saving.

How do I change my goals or health conditions?

Go to Profile and edit your details. Your nutrition targets will update automatically based on your new goals.

How do I set up reminders?

Shellel sends smart reminders based on your eating patterns. You can customize reminder times and types in the app.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don't sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel.

The app isn't sending me notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Shellel in your phone's settings. On Android: Settings → Apps → Shellel → Notifications → Enable. On iOS: Settings → Shellel → Notifications → Allow.
